PROJECT SUMMARY
Seattle’s Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) was given a facelift in the snow white month of January. The PTFE fabric sails line the entrance steps to the MOHAI building which is surrounded by the boat docks along the shores of Lake Union. Eide’s in-house capabilities was an easy choice for Sellen Construction to design, engineer, fabricate and install four (4) Tensioned Fabric Canopies to complete the exterior renovation. The building renovation won the 2013 Beth Chave Historic Preservation Award and is the only museum in Seattle with LEED Platinum status.
