PROJECT SUMMARY
The City of Burbank contracted TLD Construction to renovate the Old Buena Vista Library into a new, high-tech, yet homey community Library, Children Center, and Resource Center. The nature of the project required a Los Angeles City Fabricator capable of producing shade structures to cover the children’s outdoor playground area. Eide Industries, Inc., a licensed California Contractor and approved Los Angeles City Type 1 Fabricator, was the obvious choice for TLD Construction to design, engineer and build the fabric structures. Eide successfully completed the fabrication and installation of two (2) curved tubular framed canopies covered with flame-retardant, meshed Serge Ferrari Soltis 86-2078 fabric.
