Project Details

Synder Langston contracted Eide Industries to provide engineering, fabrication, and installation services for fourteen (14) tensioned shade sails with eighteen (18) steel support posts for the pickleball courts at The Club at Gavilán Ridge in Rancho Mission Viejo, CA. The freestanding canopy system provides approximately 2,130 square feet of shade coverage over the entry corridor and spectator pads of eight courts, creating a comfortable outdoor recreation environment for residents and their guests. Fourteen (14) triangular shade sails made with Tawny (324 023) Sattler Firemaster 47" fabric are supported by powder-coat painted 6-inch square steel posts engineered for 110 MPH wind loads. Eide Industries successfully delivered a durable and functional shade solution that enhances the pickleball facilities and complements the RMV Gavilán Ridge community.
